So many great insights explained in depth, love it! I tried oil pulling briefly in the past for recovering from a dental issue and it worked wonders. After reading your post, I'm inspired to make it a habit. Water fasting is ambitious for me. Maybe one day I'll gather enough strength to take up the challenge! :) Thank you for sharing your wellness journey and keep inspiring. 🙌
Pulling is great, I sometimes cycle it on and off as I think it can be good to do that with things in life. Water fasting is no easy feat, and it took me years to get to a place where I was comfortable trying it. Intermittent fasting is a great way to start experimenting with fasting if it is something you're curious about. Any fave healthy habits you've taken up in recent years? Always curious to hear what works for others!
I quit added sugars 2 years back and it has benefited me tremendously. I stopped having alcohol few months back. No visible changes as I used to drink less anyway. Maybe it’ll have some long-term benefits:)
I’m not regular with intermittent fasting because I love running in mornings and soon after that, I love having protein shake. So there’s goes that 16-8 window ideal for intermittent fasting 😅 Silly excuse I know! So surprisingly I end up doing intermittent when I’m travelling.
