Good summary in a few lines of an absolute massive book! It's been influential and instructional for me too. I enjoyed your book review approach and have subscribed.
Truly a fantastic book with a wealth of knowledge inside. Appreciate the love and positive energy youβve sent my way! I have a list of about 50 or so books I want to write up. Keep your eyes peeled for more. You can also opt-in specifically for book updates or general newsletter ones, or both! Again, thanks for sharing your kind words with me.
Thank you for your succinct summary! Iβm also a fan of Dr Peter Attia and loved Outlive. The last chapter on mental health came as a surprise to me because thatβs something I never heard from him before in his talks.
I'm glad you found value in both my review and more so his book! Big fan of his work in general. I've been practicing my dead hang grip strength in the gym lately and it's slowly improving. Hoping I can make it to his standard of two minutes by the end of the year. I'm also starting to look into rucking, which seems highly beneficial for a number of reasons. Any other books in this area that you've enjoyed or would recommend?
That's a good goal. I'll copy yours. π Mine is 1 min 20 sec currently. I love running and track my VO2 max but I lack strength and need to focus on building muscles. I haven't read any book after Outlive in this area. I do listen to both Dr Attia and Huberman Lab.

Huberman is a fave of mine, too. Both of those two have some really practical advice!
